No — all Ocean View cabanas are full-season rentals only. This ensures our guests have a consistent, premium experience throughout the entire summer season.
What types of cabanas are available?▾
We offer three cabana types: North Cabanas ($10,000–$12,500), South Cabana Level 2 ($22,500), and South Cabana Level 1 ($27,500). Each offers a different level of amenities and location.
What is included with every cabana?▾
All cabanas include dedicated F&B concierge service and access to common bathrooms with showers. Pool and beach access, WiFi, and electric are included with North and South Cabanas. South Cabanas additionally include private lounge areas, indoor dining, flatscreen TV, and a kitchenette.
What are the cabana food & beverage packages?▾
Pre-stocked food & beverage packages are available for cabana guests — your cabana arrives fully stocked with curated selections before you get there. Contact us to arrange your package.
How do I reserve a cabana?▾

What is the difference between South Level 1 and Level 2?▾
South Level 1 is the premium option at $27,500 and includes a large private storage closet for surfboards, beach chairs, and seasonal items. Level 2 at $22,500 includes a private balcony lounge area. Both include indoor dining, TV, kitchenette (limited use), and dedicated F&B concierge service.
Are beach badges included with a cabana rental?▾
Cabana rentals include private beach access. Beach badges for Seaside Heights are handled separately.
